Position title: Sales Manager 

Reports to: Area Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Uphold the company’s mission, values, and vision to serve our clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform, monitor, report, and analysis as set in KPIs;
  • Ability to prospect, appraise, list, and sell property;
  • Ability to plan, budget, and execute sustainable market-centric campaigns;
  • Customer Database Management Ability;
  • Participate in all scheduled team, network, and extraordinary meetings;
  • Assisting with the sales campaign process from start to finish

About You

The ideal candidate for the role of Sales Manager must have:

  • Can do and open to learning attitude;
  • A great sense of humour;
  • A strong performer in a team environment, the presentation has well-proven organizational skills;
  • Tenacious and hungry attitude with a drive to succeed in sales
  • Sound knowledge of the Industry’s acts, legislations, and compliances;

Position Requirements

  • Minimum Agent Representative Certificate;
  • 1 Year minimum experience;
  • Current Police Check Record;
  • Driving Licence and reliable vehicle;
